Spēka putra is a medium-coarse wholegrain flour blend of barley, wheat and rye from Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. 1 kg pack.
How to use
Savoury version: 50 g of the blend to 320 ml water, cook, then add curd cheese and spices.
Sweet version: the same porridge with protein powder, goji berries and persimmon.
Works for breakfast as well as a light supper.
