Onion bread (500 g), baked by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. A whole wheat loaf with fried onions in the crumb, giving it a gently sweet, roasted taste.
How to use
Serve with soups and broths
Top with roast meat or cheese
Toast and serve with a cottage cheese spread
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, fried onions 10%, sugar, dry yeast (starch, emulsifier E491), salt 1%.
