Carrot bread (300 g), baked by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. A soft wholegrain wheat loaf with carrots and sunflower seeds, gently sweet and moist.
How to use
Spread with cream cheese or hummus
Serve with soups and cream soups
Make slightly sweet sandwiches with chicken or cheese
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, sunflower seeds, carrots 9%, sugar, dry yeast (starch, emulsifier E491), salt.
