French bread mix

A vegan wholegrain wheat flour blend for French-style bread; you only add water. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava.
How to use
You only need to add 400 ml water.
In a bread machine choose the Basic programme, 1 kg.
In the oven, knead the dough, let it rise for 1–2 h and bake at 180–200 °C for about 45–60 min.
Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast.

Shelf life: 4 months
