Wholegrain breakfast/picnic roll mix

A wholegrain wheat flour blend with seeds (poppy, sesame, sunflower and flax) for rolls at breakfast or on a picnic. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava.
How to use
You also need 320 ml milk and 100 g butter.
Melt the butter, add the milk and stir into the flour blend; with wet hands shape small rolls and coat them in seeds.
Place on a baking tray and bake at 190 °C for about 30 min.
Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, seed mix (poppy, sesame, sunflower seeds, flaxseed), sugar, baking powder (raising agents E450, E500, potato starch), salt.
Allergens: May contain sesame, peanuts, other nuts and wheat flour.
Shelf life: 4 months
