Canned roe deer meat (sterilised)

Sterilised canned coarsely ground roe deer meat from Konservu Fabrika Kaive in Cēsis region. Meat makes up 80% of the product, and a spice blend with marjoram, juniper and cloves gives it a classic game note.
How to use
Warm in a pan and serve with potatoes or buckwheat
Spread on rye bread as a filling snack
Add to a stew or soup
