Homemade canned pork (sterilised)

Sterilised canned coarsely ground pork from Konservu Fabrika Kaive in Cēsis region. Meat makes up 80% of the recipe, and marjoram with juniper give it a familiar, home-style flavour.
How to use
Warm in a pan and serve with potatoes or buckwheat
Spread on rye bread as a filling snack
Add to a stew or soup
Ingredients: Coarsely ground pork 80%, pork rinds, drinking water, spice mix (marjoram, pepper, juniper, cloves, cinnamon, whey powder (contains lactose, milk protein)), preservative sodium nitrite, dried onion, thickener carrageenan

Storage: Store at 0 to +25 °C; see the package for the best-before date. Once opened, use within 24 hours.
