Candied quince

Candied quince from ZS Vilkači in the Preiļi region, made from just quince and sugar. Dried at a low temperature, it is soft, with a sweet-sour taste and a pronounced quince aroma.
How to use
As a treat with tea or coffee.
Stirred into porridge or yoghurt.
In biscuits, cakes and pies.
