Candied rhubarb from ZS Vilkači in the Preiļi region, a simple way to keep the taste of spring. Soft pieces made from farm-grown rhubarb, dried at a low temperature, with a lightly tangy edge.
How to use
As a treat with tea or coffee.
In morning porridge, yoghurt or curd cheese.
In biscuit and pie dough.
