Goat's cheese with salt

Goat's cheese with salt from ZS Kļavnieki in Talsi region. The salt brings out the cheese's characteristic flavour, and it works in salads, on bread, and fresh or pan-fried beside main dishes.
How to use
Cube into salads with tomatoes and cucumbers
Pan-fry until golden and serve beside a main dish
Serve on bread with honey
Ingredients: Goat's milk, salt
Storage: +2 °C to +6 °C.
Shelf life: 7–14 days
