Our company handles chilli production from start to finish - we grow, process and sell everything ourselves. We are new to the field, but have big ambitions and goals. We currently grow around 32 chilli varieties, which allows us to make about 43 different end products - 18 kinds of sauce (divided into mild, medium and very hot), 11 different pickles, several kinds of chilli powder and even chilli jams. New products are constantly being developed. Right now we do everything ourselves. Our motto in creating products is: Chilli with a Latvian taste. We want to make products from ingredients that grow freely and are available right here in Latvia. We try to give each product an original flavour that makes food uniquely tastier. Each product was inspired by a story from life, reflected in both its taste and its name.
