Botanical Shaman

"Botanical Shaman" is a family brand created in 2021 and run by Zane and Jānis Miglinieki. "Botanical Shaman" is a kombucha brewery. Kombucha is a fermented tea drink - non-alcoholic, healthy and tasty. We are proud of the 2nd place we won in early 2022 in the agriculture category of the "Laukiem būt" competition. The brewery currently operates as a home production in a country house kitchen, using manual filling equipment, fermentation tanks and kegs. Our kombucha is made from plants picked in Latvian nature. Fermentation produces organic acids, vitamins and good bacteria that are beneficial to the human body. The product can be bought in several cafes and shops in Riga - Kozy Eats, Miit Cafe, Ausmeņa kebabs, Dabas stacija - as well as in cafes in Cēsis, Jēkabpils, Ogre, Baloži and Ādaži.
