Rhubarb jam

Rhubarb jam, 250 ml, from Berry Wind in South Kurzeme region. Two thirds of the jar is rhubarb, so the flavour is fresh and pleasantly tart.
How to use
Serve with pancakes, curd fritters or cottage cheese
Stir into yoghurt or oat porridge
Use as a filling for cakes and pies
Ingredients: Rhubarb 67%, sugar 33%, lemon juice
Storage: Once opened, keep in the fridge.
Shelf life: 12 months
