Elderberry syrup with ginger

Elderberry syrup with ginger, 300 ml, from Berry Wind in the South Kurzeme region. Made from elderberries grown in Bārta, with lemon juice and ginger, so the taste is dark, sweet-sour and finished with a warm ginger note.
How to use
Add to teas, smoothies, pancakes and porridge.
Mix with cold or hot water at 1:5.
Pour over yoghurt or curd cheese.
Ingredients: elderberry juice, lemon juice, ginger, sugar 30%
Storage: Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
Shelf life: 12 months.
