Rhubarb syrup

A pasteurised rhubarb syrup from ZS Vilkači in the Preiļi region, made from rhubarb juice and sugar. It has a fresh, lightly tart taste and can be used both in drinks and in confectionery.
How to use
Dilute with water or sparkling water for a refreshing drink.
Use to soak cakes, sponges or cream layers.
Pour over pancakes, yoghurt or ice cream.
