Corn cakes

Corn galettes: crisp, airy crunchies made without oil, popped at 250 degrees until puffed. A simple recipe with a light salty taste. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. Gluten-free.
How to use
Eat as a snack
Serve with cream cheese or vegetable spreads
Put next to soup or salad instead of bread
Ingredients: Corn flour, salt, rapeseed oil.
Allergens: may contain traces of gluten and sulphites.
