Comb honey frame

A wax frame full of honey, capped by the bees themselves, from Rīgas Jumtu Medus, Riga. The cell caps are the only “packaging”: the honey reaches the table as it was in the hive.
How to use
Cut off a piece and eat it together with the wax.
Serve on a cheese board with nuts and fruit.
Spread over fresh bread or pancakes.
